A Small Idea Can Turn Out To Be A Rewarding Business

For more human issues, visit http://www.webripples.com. Ripple your group advocacy or strategy global today!

Small Ideas can turn out to be multi-million business. Business magnates turned their small ideas into fortune 500 companies. I too have various of my own; the only thing deficient is working funds. A few millions would be a good start for my company brainchild. The predicament is where to get the money I need for this endeavor. I’ve analyzed all views and excuses of this business idea of mine and I am very optimistic that this would be beneficial in a year or so. I have worked out a strategy, global is my target marketplace; you’ll have a glimpse or a brief summary of the small idea that for me would be like Henry Ford’s T model.

I operate with a group, advocacy of ours is to bestow jobs and a lucrative business for us. For this to make the returns that we expected, we must multiply the business or put up franchise as soon as the first gets secure, that is in a few months. What I’m trying to point out is that if my target net for a month is one million, and one branch gives me a net of one hundred thousand, I must put up roughly ten branches. Anyways, what we want to start up is a foodbusiness, since food is a fundamental goods it is but reasonable for us to venture into that kind. One good thing about this food business is that we would just be seller, so no need to put up more capital in food preparation, such as equipment, manpower, cooking area and other ingredients. I have seen the supplier’s food preparation and it passed my standards, very immaculate kitchen, cook’s gowns are be dressed in every time they enter the work area, hands are washed every time they handle the ingredients. Well known for their product in our area, we would like to promote it in malls around the country, when the time comes need worked with our strategy, global is our next aim. So the idea is to put up a food kiosk in malls throughout the country by our group, advocacy is to make available jobs, introducing around the country and globally, the rice cakes which are delightful in taste and full to the bite.

We’ve run our own survey and it seems that everyone in the country have tried eating rice cakes in one form or the other, and even foreigners who have tried it in hotels and tourist spots that serve it liked it as much as we do. We tried to feed some animals during the survey, monkey liked it but we liked it more, we even called it survey monkey, just kidding.

Now to make it all transpire, our group needs the right financial institution that would offer us the resources that we need and the low profit and credit that we can provide for the time being. Anyone paying attention can be a colleague subject to contract, feasibility study will be revealed for personal opinion of backer.

How to Dig for Gold

Many people have recently approached me in order to know how I amassed my great fortune. This fortune which made it possible for me to reject such things as a decent job or criminality as means of supporting my expesive lifestyle.

The answer is a simple as it is genius. I my youth I went to search for gold. While I appreciate that searching for gold can be both hard and tedious at times, it is well worth it. Because once you have found it, everything becomes so much easier. Before I found my gold for example, only my broker and my mother would call me. Nowadays though, I put Snoop Dog on hold while I chatter away with celebrities such as Thomas Brolin, Claes Elfsberg and Dr. Alban (the artist).

How then, people often ask me, did you find all your gold? Read more at http://www.webripples.com/ripple/how-dig-gold.

Important Points To Brood Over If You Intend To Make The World A Better Place

The wave of change begins with a ripple. Go to http://www.webripples.com to start your own ripple about Human Issues. Web Ripples, your resource for Small Ideas, Group Advocacy and Strategy Global.

The late Great spiritual leader Mohandas Gandhi said, “In a gentle way you can shake the world.” Following are some ideas to think about on how to do The late Great spiritual leader Mohandas Gandhi said, “In a gentle way you can shake the world.” Here are some ideas to mull over on how to do just that:

1. Know that all momentous change all throughout history has arisen not because of governments, nations, armies and unquestionably not committees. They transpired as a result of the audacity and devotion of personalities. People like Albert Einstein, Abraham Lincoln, Joan of Ark and Thomas Edison may not have done it by themselves, but they were, without a shadows of doubt, the makers of change.

2. Believe that you have a distinctive function and promise in the world. It’s not so much something to invent as to be discovered. And it’s up to you to discern. Trust that and will make a difference.

3. Understand that , every move you make, every essay you write, every statement you speak (or don’t speak) makes a difference. Nothing is inconsequential. The earth may be extensive, but there are no trivial things. Everything counts.

4. To be the agent of revolution you want to see in the world, you don’t need to be blaring. You don’t have to be eloquent. You don’t have to be voted. You don’t even have to be specifically clever or well-informed. You do, however, have to be steadfast.

5. Take personal liability. Don’t ever say “it’s not my responsibility”. It’s an escape to think, “What can I do, I’m only one individual.” You don’t need everyone’s assistance or anybody’s okay to instigate a change. Remember this short saying, “If it’s to be, it’s up to me.”

6. Don’t get slowed down in the how of things. If you’re convinced on what you want to amend and the reason why you want to change it, the how will come. Lots of significant things have been left undone because somebody let the problem solving obstruct the decision-making.

7. Don’t wait for everything to be right for you to begin. Change is bitter. Things will never be spot on. As Teddy Roosevelt once said, “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”

8. The beginning of change is consciousness. We cannot change what we don’t admin. In most cases, we aren’t aware of what’s erroneous or what’s not working. We don’t see what could be. By becoming more aware, we begin the process of change.

9. Absorb by heart these words of wisdom from Albert Einstein, perhaps the smartest change masters who ever lived: “All meaningful and lasting change starts first in your imagination and then works its way out. Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

10. So that things can change, you have to change. We can’t change others; we can only change ourselves; however, when we change, everything changes. And by doing this, we truly can be the change we desire to see in the world.

How To Become A Successful Call Center Employee With A Fast-Paced Career Progress

For group advocacy, small ideas and strategy global, visit Web Ripples today.

The contact center environment proffers a tough and challenging but gratifying and fast-paced career for people with endowment and ambition. This is the only industry I know where people can reach 2nd level positions within a year and 3rd or 4th level ranks within as short as 5 years. In most other corporate businesses, you’ll be fluky to reach level 2 in 5 years. With my years of practice in the said business, I have understood how to play the game; it’s a lot like Survivor, only better. Here are some guidelines to help you achieve success as swiftly as possible:

- Suck up to your superior without being perceived to be a sucker. What you’re aiming for is your boss’ recommendation and his or her view of you as his/her top front liner. The very last thing you want is the rage of your manager. You can either be the leading performer of the team to gain the notice of your boss or be your boss’ best friend; it’s best to be both. Politics is really a central issue.

- Don’t get distressed by widespread disgruntlement. Remember that patience is a virtue. In times of pervasive dejection, try to detach your sentiments from the heat of the moment and yourself from co-workers with negative predispositions. Remain focused on your job and avoid expressing strong opinions for or critical of management. If there’s however a must for you to take sides, always be on the management’s side.

- Don’t be shy to step up, but don’t overexert or you’ll be regarded as an overconfident kiss-ass who wants to take all the acknowledgment and glory. Assume the leadership role when possible; still, make sure to involve your teammates as much as possible and don’t fail to recognize their help no matter how crucial or minor they may be.

When all’s said and done, what you want to ensure is that you manage the 3 P’s – performance, projection and perception. You need to make sure that you keep up a respectable balance of these 3. Regardless of how good you are in attaining metrics objectives, without people to back you up, you’ll never get a promotion. Conversely, even if you know everybody, without the statistics to back you up, it’s going to be tricky for your “friends in high places” to back your promotion. You must also project yourself as the commendable individual for the rank you’re aiming for. Your projection must convert to positive perception of you by people who will be asked for involvement on the decision for your promotion. You must make certain that what you’re attempting to project is what people perceive, or at least close enough to achieve the results you’re aiming for.

Global Concerns Worth To Take Notice Of

Get support for your group advocacy on human issues, small ideas and global strategy (strategy global) from Web Ripples.

Despite the progression of technology, science can’t keep the walls up that may guard the humanity from being bombarded by so many issues, snags and things to worry about. There are local issues that occur from diverse parts of the world that have spread so much that it became in international issues. Most of these issues overlie with each other that it seems to threaten the survival of mankind.

Humanity deals with one of the latest global issue and that is the bizaare, abrupt changes of the climates and temperature. People from severa parts of the globe observe the sudden changes in the climate but most often in the daily weather. The sudden increase of either and both cold and warm temperature in some countries on the part of western, the abrupt quicker melting of ices in the Antarctica, the unusual occurrence of rain during the supposed to be season of summer in the Asia, the extreme heat and the intense cold felt by the people in several countries in the Middle-east. Scientist considers that these sudden and unusual changes contribute to the existence of not so typical types of infection that jeopardize the health of the people around the globe such as the now pandemic killer virus named Influenza A (H1N1) virus (a swine-origin virus) that killed of 556 people (latest update as of Aug 27 by CDC) in the U.S.A. alone.

Another issue that was constantly hitting the headlines is the global financial crisis wherein people in all ranks of society were concerned. From the wintry western world, towards the hot continents of the Middle-east, to wild Africa up to the tropics of Asia, this crisis made the economy of the world in wobble most markedly[spin] when it hit the economy of the most [spin]powerful nation, the United States of America. A lot of small companies closed down, some pronounced business bankruptcy.

The degree of the problem reaches the point that even the larger industries, proven firms and nearest[spin] countries or even the [spin]distant lands were declining and put at risk with some even reaching their lowest turning points. In addition to this, another global concern developed.

The closure of numerous establishments such as stores and factories lead to the job loss of many workers. This will not only make the economy’s situation aggravated but also the lives of a large amount of employees and even their families.
In relation to the above mentioned global issue, the continuous declining economy will worsen the already struggling quality of living. Poverty is a well-known issue in Africa but now, it seems like even the other nations are restless and are placed at the edge that people of each country are already crying out for making things better.

Terrorism is one of the longest standing among the contemporary issues. Long before the 9/11 bombing of the Twin Tower in New York, terrorism is already a difficulty. According to some reliable reports, the terrorist that causes mayhem in the western world and in the neighboring states like America are related to the terrorist that reigning the Asia. U.S. is not the only state that was alarmed by the bombing and terrorizing by this “unwanted group”. Asian such as Indonesia and Philippines have been violated by the Jemaah Islamiyah and Abu Sayaf troop many times.

It might seem a little shallow to believe that it is all about terrorism because, several people perceive it as a way of expressing hunger for power and that the simple misconception with regards to faith has grown profound and more cruel. A little spice in life makes it sweeter but too much spice makes life bitter, beneficial in view of the fact that it remind us of life but we should ascerted how to cope with them before they turn into something big enough that even if we, being integrated cannot work out.

Super Typhoon Ondoy, An Educator In Disguise For Those Who Forsake Mother Nature

The environment has its own means of making humankind comprehend what we have done; and it was confirmed by what had transpired in the Philippines just a couple of weeks ago. Even though the alterations in the everyday weather was very noticeable, it was not until the super typhoon “Ondoy’s” influx that people became aware of the aberrant and colossal disparity.According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Ondoy was classified as a category 5 super typhoon. The typhoon entered the Philippine area of responsibility and hit the land on September 29. The wind was not very much alarming; but it was the hard and excess of rain that caused all the catastrophe and damage of several regions in Luzon (one of the main Philippine islands). Evaluation proves that the amount of rainfall on that very same day was naturally the average rainfall for a month; you can just imagine the quantity of water the sky had poured. Because of the immense amount of water, many regional dams have to discharge the water they hold for some had almost reached critical levels of spilling over. This aggravated the situation for those who live in the vicinity of these dams.

Municipalities were not primed for this kind of force majeure experience. A number of provinces in regions IV and V and the Philippine’s capital, Manila, were flooded and [spin]submerged. In a lot of areas, the water rose to knee, waist or chest level; but for several worst cases in low lands, the water sank down houses and establishments. Transportation was not possible. Transactions and businesses were frozen. Schools were ruined and some were turned into evacuation centers. Soil erosion is happening making the flowing water mucky and the agricultural vicinities are nowhere to be found. Screams, cries and panic are all over. The rain prolonged for several days until finally the rain had stopped and man was able to see clearly the damage done. Losing assets – houses, cars and businesses are somehow acceptable but the lost of a family member or a friend or of just someone you know is something that will create a scar in your memory forever.

It was out of the question to fight the force of nature. Although even from the start up to the present that rescues and aids are seen everywhere, many lives were already taken and bodies gone missing, inexact when to find them or if they will ever be found. Nobody can impugn anyone for what transpired; only that everyone knows deep in their hearts that everybody was to be censured and is guilty. This incident is really painful but it is the same incident that should show everyone involved, or not, a priceless lesson that we all should take with us for the rest of our limited lives. Our being and the whole thing about it is something we didn’t make out of our own and there is Someone that is so smart who did, so why forsake it?-cait

Charge It On The Over Populated Globe

Over population is a main crisis of this planet that people seems to take for granted. But, it is also one particular problem that can be censure for the many problems that endangers the substinence and safety of mankind. Though it is very evident thing that birth is a normal event since it was a commandment made by God to people to go and multiply, but for a long epoch, humanity seems to be secure in bearing children yet underestimated the responsibility that comes along with it.
Many problems exist because of over population.
First is poverty. Poverty is a world-wide involves almost all nations of the globe but if we will analyze the situation, the countries that have bigger number of residents are the same countries that suffer the greater poverty.

An exemplar to this is India and some who belong to the third world countries. In an extensive viewpoint, due to greater population, the needs of the populace that are supposed to be supplied by the authority is not given (not to remark the avariciousness of those who are in the positions). And specifically, the earnings was not able to meet the day by day and basic needs of every member of the family regardless of the upsetting reality that in worst cases of poverty, even the kids was compel to work in order for them to go to school and be able to eat three times a day.

In relation to poverty, undernourishment comes where people mostly are children were not able to meet their ‘supposedly’ daily body requirements. Some were not even able to eat. Best example of this are the African people who bare the world how worst malnutrition could get.

Illiteracy is next in line. Because of over population, in a family who has many kids to take care of, if providing their daily food is already difficult how much more of sending their children to school where in most cases, education is not free and is most of the time very much costly that parents could bequeath to their children that will never be filch”, but how can you hand something that you don’t have? Something you cannot afford to give?
Even those who are already at school, because of over population, teachers are having hard time managing students who range from 50 to 70 up to 75 – 100 students per class. Now, isn’t that quite a large class to handle?

If I were to make a diagnosis, another problem of the world it would be something that would go like this, “Crime related to poverty secondary to over population as manifested by high incidence of robbery, kidnapping etc.”. It was just something so apparent. Most of the criminal that was being arrested are poor people whose usual explanation for committing such crime is because of the poverty they feel.

If we will just probe the real and regular situation in vicinities that have greater population, poverty is a typical thing that is soon will bear illiteracy, making it the most complex for people to find a job in order to feed their hungry family.

Over population is an obvious effect of man’s leaving the traditional and taking everything for granted. Our Maker is a bighearted creator. He made everything sufficient for all. In return, we should also be generous and be clever enough to use what we have. We were provided every right we need, all we have to do is manage it properly and be trustworthy enough. International Problems Of Importance To Give Attention To

Regardless of the progression of technology, science can’t keep the walls up that may shield the humanity from being bombarded by so many issues, complexities and things to worry about. There are local issues that evolve from different parts of the world that have stretched so much that it became in international issues. A Good number of these issues lie on top with each other that it seems to endanger the survival of mankind.

Humanity confronts one of the most modern global issue and that is the unusual, abrupt changes of the climates and temperature. People from different parts of the globe notice the sudden changes in the climate but most often in the daily weather. The sudden rise of either and both cold and warm temperature in some countries on the part of western, the abrupt quicker thawing of ices in the Antarctica, the unusual occurrence of rain during the expected to be season of summer in the Asia, the severe heat and the intense cold being experience by the people in several countries in the Middle-east. Scientist considers that these sudden and unusual changes be part of the cause to the materialization of not so traditional types of diseases that jeopardize the health of the people around the globe such as the now pandemic killer virus named Influenza A (H1N1) virus (a swine-origin virus) that killed of 556 people (latest update as of Aug 27 by CDC) in the U.S.A. alone.

One more issue that was constantly hitting the top of the news is the global financial crisis wherein people in all ranks of society were concerned. From the chilly western world, towards the hot continents of the Middle-east, to wild Africa up to the tropics of Asia, this crisis made the economy of the world in wobble most markedly[spin] when it hit the economy of the most [spin]powerful nation, the United States of America. A lot of small firms closed down, some pronounced business bankruptcy.

The degree of the problem reaches the point that even the larger industries, proven firms and far-off lands were declining and put at risk with some even reaching their lowest turning points. In relation to this, another global concern developed.

The closure of many businesses such as stores and industrial units lead to the joblessness of many workers. This will not only make the economy’s situation aggravated but also the lives of most of employees and even their families.
In relation to the preceding global issue, the continuous waning economy will exacerbate the already struggling quality of living. Poverty is an identified issue in Africa but now, it seems like even the other states are restless and are placed at the edge that citizens of each country are already demanding to making things better.

Terrorism is one of the most mature among the up to date issues. Long before the 9/11 bombing of the Twin Tower in New York, terrorism is already a difficulty. According to some intelligent reports, the terrorist that causes mayhem in the western world and in the neighboring states like America are related to the terrorist that reigning the Asia. U.S. is not the only state that was shocked by the bombing and terrorizing by this “unwanted group”. Asian such as Indonesia and Philippines have been violated by the Jemaah Islamiyah and Abu Sayaf group many times.

It might sound a little shallow to suppose that it is all about terrorism because, some people look in it as a way of expressing greed for supremacy and that the simple misconception with regards to faith has grown unfathomable and more cruel. A little spice in life makes it sweeter but too much spice makes life bitter, problems in view of the fact that it remind us of life but we should realize how to cope with them before they turn into something more severe that even if we, being amalgamated cannot work out.

A Small Idea Can Develop Into A Very Rewarding Business

Small Ideas can grow to be multi-million trade. Corporation moguls turned their small ideas into empires. I too have some of my own; the only thing absent is working money. A few millions would be a good start for my enterprise initiative. The predicament is where to get the capital I need for this endeavor. I’ve dissected all sides and ambiguities of this business idea of mine and I am very optimistic that this would be lucrative in a year or so. I have worked out a strategy, global is my target market; you’ll have a sight or a brief summary of the small idea that for me would be like Henry Ford’s T model.

I drive with a group, advocacy of ours is to give jobs and a lucrative business for us. For this to produce the earnings that we expected, we must reproduce the business or put up branches as soon as the first gets secure, that is in a few months. What I’m trying to point out is that if my target net for a month is one million, and one branch gives me a net of one hundred thousand, I should put up more or less ten branches. Anyways, what we want to start up is a food business, since food is a necessary commodity it is but valid for us to venture into that kind. One good thing about this food business is that we would just be seller, so no need to put up more capital in food research, such as tools, workers , cooking area and other ingredients. I have seen the supplier’s food preparation and it passed my benchmark, very spotless kitchen, cook’s gowns are worn every time they enter the work area, hands are sluiced every time they handle the ingredients. Well known for their product in our area, we would like to promote it in malls around the country, when the time comes demand worked with our strategy, global is our next aim. So the idea is to put up a food kiosk in malls all over the country by our group, advocacy is to make available jobs, introducing around the country and globally, the rice cakes which are heavenly in taste and full to the bite.

We’ve managed our own survey and it seems that everyone in the country have tried eating rice cakes in one form or the other, and even foreigners who have tried it in hotels and tourist destinations that serve it liked it as much as we do. We tried to feed some animals during the survey, monkey liked it but we liked it more, we even called it survey monkey, just kidding.

Now to make it all happen, our group needs the right financial institution that would give us the money that we need and the low profit and credit that we can present for the time being. Anyone interested can be a associate subject to contract, feasibility study will be given for personal judgment of investor.

Points To Ponder If You Yearn To Change The World

The wave of change begins with a ripple. Go to http://www.webripples.com to start your own ripple about Human Issues. Web Ripples, your resource for Small Ideas, Group Advocacy, Strategy Global, Survey Monkey.

The Great political leader Mahatma Gandhi said, “In a gentle way you can shake the world.” Here are some ideas to think about on how to do The late Great political leader Mohandas Gandhi said, “In a gentle way you can shake the world.” Here are some ideas to mull over on how to do just that:

1. Understand that each and every significant change all throughout history has occurred not because of governments, nations, armies and definitely not agencies. They transpired as a consequence of the audacity and of persons. People like Abraham Lincoln, Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison and Joan of Ark may not have done it by themselves, but they were, without doubt, the change makers.

2. Trust that you have a unique function and promise in the world. It’s not so much something to build as to be uncovered. And it’s up to you to learn it. Have faith that and will make a difference.

3. Recognize that everything you do, every move you make, every sentence you write, every word you speak (or don’t speak) counts. Nothing is unimportant. The globe may be sizable, but there are no insignificant things. Everything matters.

4. To be the agent of change you want to see in the earth, you don’t need to be voluble. You don’t have to be fluent. You don’t have to be chosen. You don’t even have to be specifically bright or scholarly. You do, however, need to be devoted.

5. Assume personal liability. Don’t ever say “it’s not my responsibility”. It’s an excuse to say, “What can I do, I’m only one human being.” You don’t need everyone’s help or anybody’s authorization to initiate change. Learn by heart this short saying, “If it’s to be, it’s up to me.”

6. Don’t get slowed down in the how of things. If you’re certain on what you want to revolutionize and why you want to change it, the how will come. Numerous significant things have been left undone because somebody let the problem solving interfere with the decision-making.

7. Don’t wait for things to be right for you to begin. Change is complicated. Things will never ever be just right. As President Roosevelt once said, “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”

8. The genesis of change is consciousness. We cannot change what we don’t accept. Most of the time, we aren’t aware of what’s wrong or what’s not working. We don’t recognize what could be. By increasing our awareness, we begin the process of change.

9. Take to heart these words from Albert Einstein, arguably the smartest change experts who ever lived: “All meaningful and lasting change starts first in your imagination and then works its way out. Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

10. For change to happen, you have to change. We cannot change others; we can only change ourselves; however, when we change, everything changes. And by doing this, we truly can be the change we aspire to see in the universe.

Blame It On The Excessively Inhabited Earth

Use your Survey Monkey results at Web Ripples – Small Ideas, Group Advocacy and Strategy Global on Human Issues.

Over population is a major dilemma of this planet that populace seems to disregard. Yet, it is also one sole problem that can be charge for the many problems that threatens the substinence and safety of mankind. Though it is very obvious thing that birth is a normal occurrence since it was a mandate made by God to humanity to go and multiply, but for a long epoch, humanity seems to be certain in bearing children yet underestimated the responsibility that comes along with it.
Scores of problems exist because of over population.
First is poverty. Poverty is a world-wide trend almost all nations of the globe but if we will scrutinize the situation, the countries that have greater number of inhabitants are the same countries that go through the greater poverty.

An exemplar to this is India and some who belong to the third world countries. In a broader aspect, due to greater population, the needs of the citizens that are supposed to be supplied by the government is not given (not to indicate the greediness of those who are in the positions). And particularly, the wages was not able to meet the every day and vital needs of every member of the family despite the painful reality that in worst cases of poverty, even the offspring was force to work in order for them to go to school and be able to eat three times a day.

In addition to poverty, malnutrition comes where people mostly are children were not able to meet their ‘supposedly’ daily body requirements. Some were not even able to eat. Best example of this are the African people who reveal the world how worst malnutrition could get.

Illiteracy is next in line. Because of over population, in a family who has many kids to take care of, if providing their daily food is already difficult how much more of sending their children to school where in most cases, education is not free and is most of the time very much bequest that parents could hand down to their children that will never be pilfer”, but how can you hand something that you don’t hold? Something you cannot pay for to give?
Even those who are already at school, because of over population, teachers are having hard time handling students who range from 50 to 70 up to 75 – 100 students per class. Now, isn’t that quite a large class to handle?

If I were to diagnose, another problem of the world it would be something that would go like this, “Crime related to poverty secondary to over population as manifested by high incidence of robbery, kidnapping etc.”. It was just something so obvious. Most of the criminal that was being arrested are poor people whose typical reason for committing such crime is because of the poverty they experience.

If we will just probe the real and ordinary situation in localities that have greater population, poverty is a typical thing that is soon will bear illiteracy, making it the most difficult for people to find an occupation in order to nosh their hungry family.

Over population is an evident effect of man’s leaving the traditional and taking everything for granted. Our Maker is a bighearted creator. He made everything adequate for all. In return, we should also be giving and be wise enough to use what we have. We were given every right we need, all we have to do is manage it properly and be trustworthy enough.

Points To Ponder If You Desire To Change The World

The Great spiritual leader Mahatma Gandhi once said, “In a gentle way you can shake the world.” Following are some things to mull over on how to do The political leader Mohandas Gandhi said, “In a gentle way you can shake the world.” Here are some things to think about on how to do it:

1. Know that each and every momentous change all throughout history has occurred not because of governments, nations, armies and unquestionably not commissions. They took place as a consequence of the audacity and commitment of individuals. People like Abraham Lincoln, Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison and Joan of Ark might not have done it single-handedly, but they were, without question, the makers of change.

2. Trust that you have a unique function and potential in the world. It’s not so much something to create as to be uncovered. And it’s up to you to find out. Have faith that and will make a difference.

3. Comprehend that everything you do, every move you make, every sentence you write, every word you speak (or don’t speak) matters. Nothing is insignificant. The globe may be immense, but there are no lesser things. Everything matters.

4. To be the agent of revolution you wish to see in the world, you don’t have to be forceful. You don’t have to be well-expressed. You don’t have to be selected. You don’t even have to be specifically bright or knowledgeable. You do, however, have to be unswerving.

5. Assume responsibility. Never think “it’s not my job”. It’s a way around to say, “What can I do, I’m only one person.” You don’t need everybody’s help or anyone’s permission to make the first move. Keep in mind this short aphorism, “If it’s to be, it’s up to me.”

6. Don’t get held up in the how of things. If you’re sure on what you want to amend and why you want to change it, the how will come. A lot of important things have been left undone because someone let the problem solving hamper the decision-making.

7. Don’t wait for things to be right in order to begin. Change is tricky. Things will never ever be ideal. As Teddy Roosevelt once said, “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”

8. The origin of change is consciousness. We cannot change what we don’t recognize. In most cases, we aren’t conscious of what’s wrong or what’s falling short. We don’t recognize the possibilities. By becoming more aware, we initiate the process of change.

9. Memorize by heart these words of wisdom from Albert Einstein, perhaps the smartest change experts who ever lived: “All meaningful and lasting change starts first in your imagination and then works its way out. Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

10. So that things can change, you have to change. We cannot change other people; we can only change ourselves; however, when we change, it starts changing everything. And by doing this, we truly can be the change we dream to see in earth.

Important Things To Consider If You Yearn To Make A Difference In The World

2. Trust that you have a distinctive purpose and promise in the world. It’s not so much something to invent as to be uncovered. And it’s up to you to learn it. Believe that you can and will make a difference.

3. Recognize that all your actions, every step you take, every essay you write, every remark you speak (or don’t speak) counts. Nothing is insignificant. The globe may be immense, but there are no insignificant things. Everything is important.

4. To be the revolution you like to witness in the globe, you don’t need to be forceful. You don’t have to be powerful. You don’t have to be selected. You don’t even have to be remarkably brainy or scholarly. You do, however, need to be committed.

5. Assume responsibility. Don’t ever say “it’s not my responsibility”. It’s an escape to say, “What can I do, I’m only one human being.” You don’t need everyone’s help or anybody’s permission to instigate a change. Learn by heart this short saying, “If it’s to be, it’s up to me.”

6. Don’t get over-involved in the how of things. If you’re convinced on what you want to modify and the reason why you want to change it, the how will come. Lots of significant things have been left undone because someone let the problem solving obstruct the decision-making.

7. Don’t wait for things to be right in order to begin. Change is complicated. Things will never ever be just right. As President Roosevelt once said, “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”

8. The birth of change is consciousness. We cannot change what we don’t accept. Most of the time, we aren’t perceptive of what’s off beam or what’s failing. We don’t recognize the possibilities. By increasing our awareness, we initiate the route of change.

9. Absorb by heart these words from Albert Einstein, arguably the smartest change masters who ever lived: “All meaningful and lasting change starts first in your imagination and then works its way out. Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

We face our greatest GLOBAL CRISIS – but it’s not what you think!

It’s not Swine Flu, Global Warming or the Global Financial Crisis. It’s not even Racism, Religious Intolerance or Starvation.

This crisis has the potential to be much worse – and much more costly!

It is a crisis which goes to the very heart of modern civilization and what we want our future to be. We are being led in a direction decided upon by fanatics and pushed along by opportunists. As we near the cliffs, from which we will not be able to turn back, we have important decisions to make!

It is our greatest threat to our future, but it is sometimes hard to see! It has many faces!

It is Conservation, Preservation and Minority Control of the Masses! It is Greenpeace, the Greens and our systems of Government! It is Extremism, Idealism and Opportunism! It is Greed!

Gay Marriage, Christmas carols and Ramadan

If there is one thing the Global Economic Crisis and Climate Change has shown the world’s communities, it is that we all share this small planet. When the economy gets sick, we all suffer. When the climate has a hiccup, we all suffer. When the atmosphere gets damaged, we all suffer.

Why is it then, when we are not united by economic melt down or natural disaster, that we are so determined to be offended by the tiniest of differences between us?

All over the world, we are offended by and take steps to regulate against, anything which makes us different and unique – and perhaps a little frightening?

Terrible differences between us, like skin color, religious belief, language and daily routines... read the whole story at http://webripples.com/node/392.

The problem with BANKS - 1

The Global Economic Crisis has exposed a fundamental flaw in the international banking system which I believe has not been addressed by the banks themselves, the world's Governments or the popular financial press!

There seems to be widespread opinion that the G.E.C. has been significantly worsened, if not directly caused, by the irresponsible lending policies of the Banks.

For years those same policies, developed by greedy Boards willing to take huge risks in return for rapid growth in "Shareholder value" and by greedy shareholders happy to turn a blind - or ill informed - eye in return for ever growing annual dividends, have boosted banking profitability and share market popularity.

It seems that everyone grew fat by investing in banking stocks thinking that the wild ride would last forever! Read more at http://webripples.com/node/399
